FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment directly through my online booking system linked here and on Instagram. Simply select your desired service, date, and time. If you’re unsure what to book, see the service descriptions or schedule a consultation.

 

How far in advance should I book?

Due to high demand, I recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time. If you need an evening appointment or specific day of the week I would recommend at leasat 4 weeks in advance. New clients may experience a longer wait.

 

How do I know which service to book?

I've streamlined my service menu to make selecting the right service easier for you, with clear descriptions for each option. If you're unsure which service best suits your needs, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to assist you. Every color service is fully customized, and I allocate a specific amount of time for each guest, so booking the correct service ensures the best results for your hair.

What if I don’t see availability for my desired date?

If your preferred date isn’t available, you can join my waitlist found on the booking site. I will notify you if a spot opens up.

 

Can I book a color correction or major transformation online?

No, all color corrections or major transformations require an in-person consultation before scheduling a service.

Do you offer haircuts or styling with color services?

Yes, I offer haircuts as an add-on to color services. All services include styling and a deep conditioning treatment to protect the integrity of your hair, and to showcase your new look. If you wish to opt of of the treatment or styling you can, but that will not affect the price.

Why is a credit card required when booking an appointment online?

This is required to reserve your appointment time in lieu of a deposit.  Your card is securely stored on file to the information cannot be accessed. It will only be charged in the event of a last minute cancelation or no-show.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Out of respect for my time and the waitlist of other clients, I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a fee without notice and will be charged to the card on file.

What happens if I’m running late?

If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your service and a late fee may apply. Please communicate any delays as soon as possible. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged the full no-show fee.

Can I bring a friend, child, or pet to my appointment?

For a luxury, relaxing experience, I ask that you come alone unless prior arrangements are made. No pets are allowed due to sanitation policies. No kids are allowed for safety reasons, and out to respect to the neighboring spa practitioners nearby.

Do you accept new clients?

Yes! I love welcoming new clients. However, I specialize in dimensional hair color for blondes and brunettes. I do not offer haircuts as a stand-alone service at this time. If you’re unsure if I’m the right fit for your goals, I recommend requesting a consultation first.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with clean, dry hair. Avoid heavy oils or styling products. Bring inspiration photos if you have a specific look in mind.

How much does a typical appointment cost?

Pricing varies based on the time and product needed to deliver your the desired outcome. Transparent pricing is listed on my booking site.

How long will my appointment take?

Most dimensional color services take between 3-4 hours including a blowdry. First visit appointments will take approximately 30minutes longer than normal to allow for an immersive and in-depth consultation. A full transformation may take longer.

Do you offer consultations before booking?

Yes! I highly recommend a consultation, especially if you’re a new client. This allows me to assess your hair, discuss your goals, and ensure you book the right service.

Do you offer haircuts or styling with color services?

Yes, I offer haircuts as an add-on to color services. Styling is included to showcase your new look.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept [list payment methods: credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, cash, etc.]. Gratuity is appreciated but never expected.

How often should I book for maintenance?

For optimal color and hair health, I recommend booking every 6-12 weeks, depending on your specific needs.
